American McGee’s Alice? Anyone know what the egg shaped guy with the cigar was about in the game?
Just after Alice does battle with the Jabberwok for the first time and then returns to a rock and lava place that she was at previously, there now appears that Humpty Dumpty looking guy just sitting there. He has a gruff expression on his face like an old sea captain and a cigar in his mouth. He doesn’t say or do anything. What does he symbolize? Anything?
In Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll, the sequel (if you can call it that) to Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Humpty Dumpty gives definitions for some of the nonsense words in the Jabberwocky for Alice after she first reads it in the Looking Glass Room.
