To ensure that you get rid of mice for good, search for any access routes that the mice may use. Fill in crevices and gaps on your walls and ceilings. Fill in old plumbing with steel wool to stop any mice from climbing up these pipes.
To get rid of mice that are in your home, you will need to cut back the population of mice by slaughtering them. This can be done using specially designed traps to catch and kill the mice. You may also use poison to bait the mice and kill them. If you do not need to deal with the rodents you can use a repellent to keep them away.
